Lenovo eyes SMB segment


KUALA LUMPUR: Lenovo Malaysia plans to market its ThinkPad Tablet to the small and medium business (SMB) and enterprise segment as it is confident the product can help increase their productivity and efficiency.

“We are confident with this tablet based on customers’ feedback as well as the progress in the communication technology, which is moving beyond the desktop.

“This tablet has helped the SMBs to manage their business and social lives on the go,” marketing communications manager Ho Carrie said.

Ho said the ThinkPad Tablets were user-friendly products, with features that could help manage orders, e-mail and marketing and undertake public relations activities through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and many more.

She said that currently, Lenovo was having a promotional price discounts of up to RM500 for SMB and entrepreneurs interested to buy ThinkPad Tablets.

“For the 32GB ThinkPad Tablets, the price after discount is RM1,599 and RM1,919 for the 64GB. The promotion is until the end of this month,” she added. — Bernama
