Integrax seals 28-yr contract with Tenaga
KUALA LUMPUR: Integrax Bhd's subsidiary has sealed a 28-year contract with Tenaga Nasional Bhd to provide handling services for the importation of coal for its power plant in Telok Rubiah, Perak.
Integrax's subsidiary Lekir Bulk Terminal Sdn Bhd had on Friday signed a new jetty terminal usage agreement with Tenaga's unit TNB Janamanjung Sdn Bhd for the coal imports to be used in the new 1,010 megawatt coal-fired power plant.
The agreement was for an initial period, which would expire on March 30, 2040.
