Notion VTEC talks ongoing
PETALING JAYA: Notion VTEC Bhd has been informed by its controlling shareholders that the negotiations with various parties are still on-going.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it would make the necessary announcement should there be any matter that required an immediate disclosure.
Notion announced in April that it had been approached by a major US-based private equity firm for shares in the group from the controlling shareholders and Nikon Corp, Japan’s leading camera manufacturer.
