Two Transmile units to be wound up
PETALING JAYA: Transmile Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Transmile Air (SPV) Ltd and TGB (SPV) Ltd will be wound up because they cannot continue their businesses due to their liabilities.
Transmile said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia that both subsidiaries nominated yesterday Lim Tian Huat of Messrs Lim Tian Huat & Co to act as provisional liquidator.
A meeting of creditors of the two companies will be convened pursuant to Section 260(1) of the Companies Act on Aug 11.
