Trading of JPK shares suspended
KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of JPK Holdings Bhd was suspended since 9am Friday after it was unable to submit its audited financial statements (AFS) for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
JPK directors said the company had failed to submit its statements within the stipulated prescribed period as stated in the listing requirements. The AFS was due for submission Thursday.
”The reason for failing to submit its AFS for March 31 is due to clarification of certain information from China to enable the auditors to finalise the AFS,” it said.
