Dialog unit enters agreement with engineers
KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dialog E&C Sdn Bhd, has entered into an alliancing agreement with a group of professional engineers to undertake engineering design in upstream oil and gas activities.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dialog Group said the engineers were Jamal Kamaludin, Tan Lip Leong, Khoo Yew Chong and Munir Abu Bakar.
“As part of the agreement, the engineers will acquire the entire equity interest, representing 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each, in Dialog Engineering from Dialog E&C for RM500,000,” it said.
It said the deal would strengthen its position as a leading integrated specialist technical services provider to the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.- Bernama
