Silk secures RM57.4mil ExxonMobil jobs


KUALA LUMPUR: Silk Holdings Bhd, through subsidiary Jasa Merin (M) Sdn Bhd, has been awarded three contracts worth RM57.42mil by ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Inc.

The contracts are for the provision of one Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel and two Straight Supply Vessels.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Silk said the contracts were expected to commence by early this month.

The company said the contracts were for a primary term of three years for the Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel and one year for the Straight Supply Vessels, and each with an option exercisable by ExxonMobil for extension, for a further period of one year. Bernama
