TH Plantation Q2 pre-tax profit down
KUALA LUMPUR: TH Plantations Bhd's pre-tax profit dropped to RM24.75mil in the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 compared with RM54.24mil posted in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter slipped to RM99.35mil from RM112.71mil chalked up previously, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The company said the reduced revenue was mainly contributed by lower sales of crude palm oil and palm kernel. Bernama
