MMC considering privatising AIRB
KUALA LUMPUR: MMC Corporation Bhd is considering the privatisation of its 62.82%-owned Aliran Ihsan Resources Bhd (AIRB).
MMC said on Friday that it had requested for the suspension in the trading of its securities from 9am to 5pm on Monday.
In a separate statement, AIRB said pending the proposed corporate exercise, trading in its securities would also be suspended on Monday.
