Hock Seng Lee gets RM291m campus contract
KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Seng Lee Bhd has secured a RM291mil contract to build the campus facilities for Universiti Teknologi Mara in Mukah, Sarawak, boosting the value of projects in hand to a record RM2.07bil.
The company said on Thursday it had signed an agreement with the concessionaire KP Mukah Development Sdn Bhd to undertake the project.
"The duration for the contract works is 36 months and will be due to be completed by the third quarter of 2015," it said.
The value of projects in hand for HSL now stands at a record RM2.07bil of which RM1.3bil is outstanding.
