H&L closes flood-hit plant in Thailand
PETALING JAYA: Precision engineering product maker Kumpulan H&L High-Tech Bhd's 70%-owned subsidiary in Thailand, H&L High-Tech Mould (Thailand) Co Ltd, has ceased its manufacturing operations and will close its plant effective July 31.
It told Bursa Malaysia that the plant was in Ayuthaya, which was affected by severe floods at the end of last year, and its business had deteriorated significantly as a result.
