Gabungan AQRS' 18m shares oversubscribed 0.51 times
KUALA LUMPUR: Gabungan AQRS Bhd's 18 million new shares offered to the public were oversubscribed 0.51 times.
Equiniti Services Sdn Bhd said on Tuesday there were 3,454 applications for 27.24 million shares worth RM32.15mil from the Malaysian public.
For the Bumiputera portion, there were 1,092 applications for 7.28 million shares, which was a subscription of rate of 80.98%.
It said for the public portion, there were 2,362 applications for 19.95 million shares or an oversubscription of 1.22 times.
Another 32 million shares for private placement had been placed out to selected investors while 36 million shares available for Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry had also been placed out.
