Raymond Chan sells down Ariantec Global stake
KUALA LUMPUR: Corporate player Datuk Raymond Chan Boon Siew sold down his stakes in Ariantec Global Bhd and associate company Metronic Global Bhd.
A filing to Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday showed Chan disposed of 29 million Ariantec shares or a 5.09% stake in the open market on Monday for an undisclosed price.
A filing on Monday showed he had sold his entire 5.18% stake or 32.9 million shares in integrated systems provider Metronic Global at an undisclosed price.
Metronic holds a 10.5% stake in Ariantec.
Ariantec's core businesses are data communication, managed security, hardware and software solutions, e-business strategy and business consulting.
