Scope's 13m shares crossed, sharply below market price

KUALA LUMPUR: Scope Industries Bhd's 13 million shares were transacted in an off-market deal on Tuesday at 20 sen each.
According to stock market data, the shares were transacted at a discount of 13.5 sen or 40.3% below Monday's closing price of 33.5 sen.
At 12.26pm, the share price had dipped 0.5 sen to 33 sen.
Based on the paid-up of 294.98 million shares, the 13 million shares accounted for a 4.4% stake.
