Mindshare wins Agency of the Year award
KUALA LUMPUR: Mindshare Malaysia, part of the global media agency network GroupM, has been named Malaysia’s Media Agency of the Year in two separate awards.
The media specialist firm said it had been named Media Agency of the Year for 2012 at the 4th annual CREAM (Client Relationships And Experiences of Agencies in Malaysia) Awards conducted by Marketing magazine.
Agencies of the Year winners were decided from a survey commissioned by Marketing magazine among marketers and conducted by leading global marketing research network TNS-RI using their proprietary TRI*M stakeholder measurement tool in collaboration with R3, one of the world’s leading agency evaluation specialists. Responses were gathered from owners of over 500 brands spread across a spectrum of categories.
Mindshare has also retained, for the third year in a row, the title of Media Agency of the Year at Advertising + Marketing Magazine’s 2012 Agency of the Year & MARKies Awards.
In addition to being named Media Agency of the Year, Mindshare Malaysia won nine MARKies – six in Media categories and three in Best Idea categories, where the field included creative agencies.
The next highest number of wins by any media agency was three awards.
