Cahya Mata subsidiary bags RM232mil contract
KUALA LUMPUR: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB) said its subsidiary CMS Land Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award for a contract worth RM232mil.
The contract is for the development and construction of the headquarters building for Sarawak Energy Bhd at Isthmus, Kuching, CMSB said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The contract, however, was not expected to have any material effect on the earning, net assets, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of CMSB for the financial year ending Dec 31, it said.
The project is expected to be completed in 28 months. — Bernama
