Key West unit to list in Canada
PETALING JAYA: Key West Global Telecommunications Bhd told Bursa Malaysia its unit Times Telecom Inc (TTI) has received a conditional acceptance to be listed on TSX Venture Exchange in Canada.
Under the listing plan, Key West will demerge TTI via the issuance of 89.9 million new class A shares in TTI to Key West.
Key West shareholders will end up with two TTI class A shares and three Key West shares for every five Key West shares held.
