Tanjung Offshore gets RM7mil contracts
KUALA LUMPUR: Tanjung Offshore Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tanjung CSI Sdn Bhd (TCSI) has secured RM7mil worth of contracts from Petronas for the provision of various engineering equipment packages such as Metering System and Fire Alarm System.
Tanjung, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, said that TCSI was in the midst of satisfying the scope of work stipulated in the Letter of Awards for the contracts which involve engineering, assembly, testing and delivery of the engineering equipment which are expected to be completed within the next six months.
The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Tanjung for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2009 and Dec 31, 2010 respectively. — Bernama
