Felda Global Venture institutional price fixed at RM4.55
KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Bhd's institutional price and the final retail price at RM4.55 and RM4.45.
CIMB Investment Bank Bhd said on Friday the bookbuilding process under the institutional offering was completed on Wednesday. The final retail price was fixed at 98% of the institutional price.
"Applicants under the retail offering should note that the retail price was paid for applications under the retail offering. As the final retail price of RM4.45 per share is lower than the retail price, a refund of the difference of 10 sen per share shall be made without any interest thereon," it said.
Meanwhile, Maybank Investment Bank Bhd, which is the stabilising manager for the IPO, may be able to stabilise the shares earlier of the 30 days of the commencement of trading or when it had bought 109.44 million shares of 5% of the shares offered under the IPO.
